Intermediate. Studio/Online. 60 min
A great way to start your week with a bit of sweat! Interval Training workouts are a real calorie burner class while strengthening your entire body.
A classic ON & OFF Tabata Dropping circuit. 40/20s/ 30/15s & 20/10s.
We’ll take care to finish with a dynamic stretching/ mobility sequence,
key for best results and recovery.

It is a PILATE matt session sync with music for everyone who wants to strengthen and flatten their stomach.
If a flatter stomach, lifted butt and core are what you are after then this class is for you. The class is synced with music to bring beats to abs, core combination of moves on the matt to add a fun note.

Deep full-body sculpting workout based on Pilate series movements using pilate fit ball (big or small). Suitable for beginners. It designed to tone your muscles, correct your posture, connect with your deepest muscles while make you feel lengthened.
